Tragédie was a French band founded in 1999 by 2 boys from Nantes, France : Tizy Bone (real name Thierry Rakotomanga), born on September 17, 1980 & Silky Shaï (real name Daniel Guiro), born on March 7, 1982. The 2 young singers started in their city & continued in the region. They performed in nightclubs & got noticed by a producer who signed them to a record company. The band got known with the hit "Hey Oh", loved by French people in 2003, then they released their first self-titled album. Other hits like "Sexy Pour Moi" & "Gentleman" followed & the duet released their second album in 2004, À Fleur 2 Peau. Tragédie split in 2005 & Tizy Bone went solo under the name Y-Zit.
