Totally Radd!! is from the future. In the year 2083, in their home city-state, capitol of the world: Evansville, Indiana, the boys are the world's greatest rock and roll outfit. After winning six consecutive gladiatorial rock competitions, the trio set their sights to your present time: 1997, where they would usher their own special electronic epic dance rock might to denizens of Los Angeles, California.
The Totally Radd!! four-year mission is to cultivate rock excellence for a dying scene to undo future events that spawned the brutal battle of the bands competitions of the future that slew their dearest lover-companions, the Asymmetrical Stripes. Now, their only chance is to rock you hard enough to shake the very foundations of tomorrow. Oh!
Starring Neil Schuh as evil mastermind and keytar virtuoso, Tommy Schmitt as synth drummer, and Adam Villacin as the wildcard, TR!! currently pose as students of the California Institute of the Arts (where they are, no shit, the student council President, Vice President, and Treasurer).
Influences on their music include the art-rock chameleons Sparks, evil genius Jim Steinman, the Italian producer Giorgio Moroder, and a man known to every NES die-hard, the video game music composer Hip Tanaka.
Totally Radd!! is currently recording their new EP which will include a collaboration with fellow videogame enthusiasts The Minibosses. The band is also recording its first rock opera Robocalypse, about one man’s rise to beat back the forces of evil. Robacalypse will be performed as part of an art show sponsored by Antioch College in Dayton, OH at the end of the year.
