Thalarion

The roots of Thalarion reaches the middle of the 80s when its members played at local underground acts. About 1990 they met in band Bastard, which recorded two demonstration tapes in '91 and '93. New season starts with the coming of a new singer Juraj who joins after split up of his band Nailed Nazarene. The name Bastard is changed to Fatal Infection and with the end of 1994 the first demo "Behind The Doors Of Sorrow" is recorded. The period of concerts and new songs writing come into being and the new music feeling is being formalised. New material is more made-over and the old name didn't correspond musical dimensions any longer. In January 1995 the band retired into studio Exponent where they record album "Towards To Obscure Slumberland" under definite new name Thalarion. A year later they dropped into studio again to record MCD for US label Wild Rags Records. Its got name "Dominium Unfold", but the label never released it and never returned the DAT back to band. So this four song will never be released. This material contained less thrashmetal elements and was more gloomy. Nevertheless the band was preparing new songs and finally a CD is released at Mighty Music, which is a sublabel of Emancipation Records.
