Steeve Estatof

Steeve Estatof was born on October 29, 1972 in Grenoble, France and grew up in Montalieu-Vercieu, near Grenoble. Since his very young age, he liked music and started to play guitar and drums. In his twenties, he did a lot of jobs and played in many bands (Flesh To Flesh, Frénégonde, Soundfix, Pep6) but none of them went on top. Steeve participated to Nouvelle Star in 2004, he had a grungy style and became the winner in May. His first single would have been a cover of Nino Ferrer's "Le Sud" but he changed his mind and chose another song. "Garde-Moi", written by Blankass, was Steeve's first single, released in June 2004, and his first album À L'Envers was released on August 24, 2004. On this album, Steeve co-wrote songs with Blankass, Axel Bauer, David Hallyday & Najoua Belyzel.
