Staffan Hellstrand

Staffan Hellstrand born on Sabbatsberg BB in Stockholm, but moved five years old to Nyköping with parents and two brothers. Also lived two years in the U.S.. Having tramped around in Sweden and Denmark, and maintained himself on to play at retirement homes and in streets and squares form he influenced the symphonic rock band Mists Bro, placing three plates before Staffan defects.

Since the early influenced by the Beatles, Neil Young and Bob Dylan - from 1977 laced with frequent visits to London and the Clash and Sex Pistols Concert - adds he appeared on the shelf, pull on the electric guitar himself, forming the SH! along with four young Stockholm Musicians.

2006 released the album "BACKLIGHT" where Staffan accompaniment by Eggstone and recorded in the band's legendary Tambourinestudio in Malmo. In October 2007 it was time for "ghost ship" a flat, most of which are recorded in Staffans own studio Animal Farm. The album includes duets with blah Titiyo, Dashboard Confessional and Isabel DeLescano.

In parallel with his own career, Staffan been a frequent composer and lyricist for other artists. His songs have been recorded by a diverse collection, ranging from Sven-Ingvar, Svante Thuresson and Lisa Nilsson of The Nomads, Lars Winnerbäck, and Anna Maria Espinosa. In autumn 2008, released a new album with Doors where Uno and Staffan written several songs together.

Staffan songs have also been recorded abroad in Poland, among others, Mexico, Denmark, Latvia and Ireland. In September 2008, he blah busy producing and writing songs for Isabel DeLescanos debut album.
