Spout have recently obtained a management deal from the highly reputable Hoffman Entertainment - New York, whose other artists include John Mellencamp, Thalia, Heather Hedley, and CKY. Spout's shows have recently sparked interest for product distribution from Tinderbox Music, and have exposed Spout as one of the most name-familiar rock bands in Music City.

Stay-C Hogan (founder and lead singer/guitarist of Spout) began his musical career at age four by teaching himself piano concertos by the likes of Mozart in his hometown of Cairo, GA. By 4th grade, he was gaining merit in talent shows from his piano performances, and by age 11 he was performing live on television shows in Tallahassee, Florida opening up for country legend Emmy Lou Harris, and playing the famous Bluebird Café in Nashville. At age 16, his creative teenage genius evolved to form the first derivation of Spout, who would soon be booked playing one of their first live performances opening for Creed in 1998.

In 2000, Stacy moved to Nashville to find new and current members for the group. Jason Hamilton (drums, vocals) from South Carolina, whose career blossomed while playing drums for various blues, rockabilly, hard rock, and psychedelic rock bands throughout South Carolina, Philadelphia and Maryland. Brandon Barrington (bass, vocals) from Nashville, TN, who grew up playing drums and guitar in various rock groups, only to find his true passion and talent for music was playing the bass guitar. Finally, the newest addition, Chad Jones, (guitars), whose amazing guitar abilities make him the piece of pie that completes Spout, was the front man of his own band in his hometown of Toledo, OH.

Spout is currently playing shows throughout the southeast and midwestern states to promote their new self titled debut album, Spout. The album was produced by Stay-C of Spout & chart-topping songwriter/producer Jim Allison (Billy Ray Cyrus, Reba, LeAnn Rimes) at ARIA records studios, Nashville.
