Special Ed (Edward Archer) was born in 1973. He grew up in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. He released his debut album Youngest In Charge when he was 16 in 1989 on BCM Records with his DJ Aksun Luv (R. Williams). I believe it was produced by Howie T (Howard Thompson). In 1990 Legal was released on Profile Records, followed by Revelations in 1995, also on Profile. As of 2000 he was still living in Flatbush with his son.
