Rihanna, Coldplay and Paul McCartney lineup for 54th Grammy Awards
After announcing LL Cool J as the host of 54th annual Grammy Awards, it has been officially announced the lineup at this year's ceremony. Rihanna teamed up with Coldplay for a joint performance, most likely they'll sing their last collab "Princess Of China". British singer-songwriter, Paul McCartney was also announced on Thursday as performer at 2012 Grammy Awards, held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, February 12th.
Rihanna took to Twitter to express her excitement over the news, writing "...My friends @ColdPlay and I will be sharing the stage for a performance at this years Annual Grammy Awards! #BONKERS."
She is nominated in four categories, including Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year thanks to her Loud studio effort. She also has two nominations in the Best Rap/Song Collaboration category with her work along Drake "What's My Name" and "All Of The Lights" along Kanye West, Kid Cudi and Fergie. Meanwhile, Coldplay has three Grammy nominations, including Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song. Former Beatles member will receive this year's MusiCares Person of the Year Award.
The three have joined the former artists announced to be performing at the 2012 Grammys: Nicki Minaj, Kelly Clarkson and Jason Aldean in a duet, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift.
