Christina Aguilera and Rihanna singing at 2010 AMAs
A few days before the premiere of her new movie "Burlesque", Christina Aguilera stopped by American Music Awards to "showcase moments" from the flick. Wearing black bodysuit, fishnet stockings and knee-length heeled boots, she came to the stage with lingerie-clad dancers.
Delivering one of the movie soundtracks "Express", Aguilera performed sexy chair-dance sequence similar to the choreography used in one of the movie scenes. "It's a cold and crazy world that's ragin' outside/ Well baby me and all my girls are bringin' on the fire," she sang in between the drum-trumping beats.

Also, Rihanna kicked off the star-studded ceremony of 2010 American Music Awards. Sporting a curly red hair, she perched on the branch of a stylized tree standing tall above the stage and opened her set with Love the Way You Lie (Part 2) before later switching the mellow vibes of the Eminem-assisted song to a more cheerful tone with What's My Name?.
RiRi took Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist title at the 38th Annual AMAs taking place at Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on November 21. Katy Perry, meanwhile, walked home empty-handed, losing Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist to Lady GaGa, and Favorite Pop/Rock Album as well as Artist of the Year to Justin Bieber.
