Rapper Qua Billz was born Quadir Ali Selby in Newark, NJ; after beginning his rhyming career at age 12, he released his debut single "Can't You See" in mid-1999, followed later that year by the full-length Glama World. Kroo'se Fik'shen appeared two years later.
