Oliver James

Oliver James attended to Eton College and obtained a degree in Social Anthropology at Cambridge University in 1976. From 1979 to 1982 he worked as a research fellow at Brunel University and after this he was hired to Cassel Hospital from Richmond where he was a clinical psychologist until 1987.

In 1982 he made some TV series for Granada and ITV network about child care, named Under Fives. He did in 1987 some educational series called Sex With Paula and produced by Channel 4. In 1988, he made another series named Men On Violence for LWT and ITV
network. He was a co founder of the Tuesday show from ITV that was suggestive named The Man Who Shot J ohn Lennon.

He was the producer and interviewer of the 44 interviews in Room 113 for the 2 series of the BAFTA -award winning Network 7 youth programs on Channel 4. Room 13 was, based on an audience research, the most popular slots in the programs. At the start of '90 he made a documentary for Channel 4 named Mail on Sunday. Two years later, in 1992 he made 2 films, 2 as a producer and one as a host and producer, for the Crime and Punishment Season, presented by BBC.
