Oblivion Dust

Ken Lloyd (vo.)

With an English father and a Japanese mother, Ken Lloyd, at age 24, has an international sensibility that comes from having grown up in Tokyo and London.

A self-proclaimed former-guitarist, Lloyd's announcement that he would join the band as a vocalist came while in a drunken stupor.

As a message to his mother and father, who expressed concerns about his future,

he printed the message "currently disobeying my parents" on his pick, but there was no reaction. On stage he comes across as a real "natural".

Kaz (Guitar)

Kaz's personality is such that he tends to get thoroughly obsessed with whatever takes his fancy.

Or it might be more accurate to say he has no time for anything .he's not interested in.

So once he gets hooked on something he looses all track of time and will go days on end without sleeping or eating.

When Kaz harnesses this ability to concentrate on stage, he really has no rivals. His performances have been described as "showing signs of menace and individual style".

He's also been described as a "great fast player," which is intriguing when you consider he plays hardly any guitar solos.

Furuton(Drums)

Furuton, whose greatest hate is anything "tedious,"joined.

Oblivion Dust in November 1998 because "it sounded interesting".

Looking nervous and puffing on cigarettes, Furuton goes barefoot because he believes it's more natural.

Everyday he wanders in search of some form of stimulation. Some days he turns to gambling, some to women, and some to drink....

But as soon as he sits in front of his drums his mind is focussed on leading the band, and he's a natural at coming up with a groove.

Rikiji(Bass)

You wouldn't think so, but Rikiji actually started playing base when he was about 18.

Before that he had dreams of becoming a guitarist. He gave up when he discovered that playing base was easier because it only has four strings.

Rikiji's unique style, in a stance so low that it looks like his base might scrape the floor, has quite an impact on audiences, and it's when Rikiji gets going that the music really starts to pulsate.

The band was without a regular bassist for a long time, and it might be that Rikiji got the job not just because he has the ability but also because, after all,

"men talk with their fists". But, now, He is droping out of this band. T.T
