Natasa Bekvalac

Nataša Bekvalac-Ikodinović (Serbian Cyrillic: Наташа Беквалац, pronounced [nǎtaʃa be̞kv̞ǎːlats]) (born September 25, 1980 in Novi Sad, Serbia, Yugoslavia) is a famous contemporary pop star in Serbia and surrounding countries. Her debut album was nominated for the best album that year in Serbia. Her single Nikotin (Nicotine) was nominated for the female Serbian song of the millennium. Bekvalac blasted onto the Balkan music scene in 2001 with her debut album "Ne brini" ("Don't Worry"). The success continued in 2003 with "Ništa lično" ("Nothing Personal"), which gave the single "Mali signali". Her third album, "Stereo ljubav" ("Stereo Love"), was released in 2005. A selection of singles from each album was chosen for her The Best of... compilation released later in 2005. On December 14, 2007, she released a single named "Dobro moje". Shortly after that, a year later, she released an EP "Ljubav, vera' nada" ("Love, faith, hope"), which was also very successful. Her fourth album is due out in 2010.

Career

In 2003 she released her second album Nista lično which included many hit singles. Same year she had her first tour. In 2005 she released her third studio album Stereo ljubav which was huge success in Serbia. Same year, she released her first compilation album. In 2008, after marrying to Danilo Ikodinović and becoming a mother, she released her "comeback single" Dobro moje and she become face of "Extreme intimo". Personal life

On 27 July 2006 she married Danilo Ikodinović. On 17 March 2007 she gave birth to daughter Hana. During 2009 and 2010 it was rumored that she was cheating her husband with tennis player Novak Djokovic but she demanted that rumor. On 2 February 2011 the couple announced their divorce.
