Marina Vénache was born on October 30, 1985 in France. At 7, she learnt music, playing the violin. At 15, that was the revelation : she played in a musical in front of 1,500 people & dreamed of going on stage. She participated to castings, like Nouvelle Star first season in 2002, but she failed. Marina took singing lessons & learnt guitar. In 2006, she participated to Star Academy sixth season, she didn't win but she got successful thanks to her own songs. She signed to Mercury & recorded her first album Libellule, released in October 2008. Far from other real TV singers, Marina's album is magnificent, with beautiful lyrics & an efficient music, a nice way for the young woman.
