The band “Kzans” has been founded by Hüseyin Çelikdemir (vocals / guitar), Okan Kiliç (guitar), Selçuk Korkutan (keyboard) and Mehmet Canik (drums) in 2004. Since the day the band has been established, there has been a forthcoming problem with finding the right bass-guitarist. Though the band has worked with many bass-guitarists, there hasn’t been included any bass-guitarist to it. After its existence in 2004, Kzans has performed several concerts in many places. With the fame the band got in many provinces it gained a small mass of fans which supported them. Within a short time the band recorded a demo consisting of two of their own songs and paved its way to Istanbul. After being in contact with a number of music companies the band couldn’t get the result it aimed and so totally with its own efforts it agreed with the music company “Karadeniz Müzik”. Although they experienced a lot of trouble, they recorded their first album ” Sahte” consisting of 12 songs. However, the mentioned company didn’t release the album on the 1st of January in 2006 as was agreed which led to the dissapointment of the band. As a result, the contract between Kzans and the music company was abolished. After having an intermit, Kzans agreed with “Serbesler” Film-Music Production. The band added some new songs to the recent album and changed the name of it. The new records have been carried out at “Marsandiz SWS” studios. Kzans’ album “Vodka” is to be found in all music markets at the end of March. With the releasing of the album “Vodka”, bass-guitarist Ali Baran Yilmaz is accompanying Kzans on the stage.
