Katy Perry Debuted Firework music video
Katy Perry just debuted the music video for Firework single ! While other celebrities film viral videos to support It Gets Better, she decided to dedicate this newly-released music video to the LGBT campaign against bullying. Shot in Budapest, it sees her urging fans to empower themselves and embrace their inner firework.
Beside inspiring fans with the empowering video, Katy Perry also launches an online contest. Tell Katy Perry about the firework in your life. Is it you? Your Mom? Your teacher? A friend? Record a video about your firework. Tell Katy who it is and how they light up your life or someone else's, it was announced.
The contest begins on October 20 and ends on November 29. Winners will be determined on or about December 14 and will be notified on or about December 15. There will be weekly winners and a first runner-up beside the grand prize of having a meet-and-greet with Perry in London. Fans can visit her official website to obtain more info about the contest.
Firework was taken from Katy Perry's 2010 summer album Teenage Dream and it serves as the third single from the August 24 release.
