Kasey Butler is an American R&B and pop music singer. She was signed to Blackground Records in 2003, where she began recording for her solo debut album (which featured production from SoulShock & Karlin, Edwin "Lil' Eddie" Serrano & Static of Playa). However, because of the lack of support from her label, and on and off haults for promotional uses of the album, Butler asked to be released from her contract with her label.
Recently, she works at the position as one of the leaders in the Creative Arts Department of Crossroads Christian Church in Corona, California.
