Jikustik are a indonesian pop band that was formed at 26 February 1996 in Jogjakarta. Since their inception, the band has comprised Pongki (vocals, guitars), Icha (bass guitars, vocals), Dadi (guitars, vocals), Adhit (keyboards) and Carlo (drums).
In February 1996, it name was G-Coustic. “G” was from a radio station in Jogja, and “Coustic” is from Acoustic and changing into Jikustik

eventhough most of jikustik’s songs have love as a theme and having a romantic lyric, but none of jikustik’s song having “love” word inside their lyrics. FYI : cinta is love for indonesian language
