Jay Perez born in San Antonio, Texas is an American Tejano musician, notable for his blending of Rhythm and Blues with traditional Tejano music . Initially a backing musician and leading vocalist for Latin Breed and then David Lee Garza y los Musicales, Perez began a solo career in the early 1990s.[1] He has released several solo albums.
