LINE UP Priest Vampyr Ashtaroth (vocals / guitar), Daniela Nightfall (vocals), Holocausto (bass), Cyber Necro Daemon (keyboards), Lord Nightfall (drums)
"Fundamentalist" Black Metal act MALKUTH have issued the demos ‘Orgies In The Temple Of Christ (Bastard Son)’ in 1995 and ‘Glory And Victory’ in 1996. The band, founded in 1993, has endured numerous line up problems since their inception. MALKUTH debuted live in 1995 with a line up of Fazoth, twin guitarists Lord Nightfall and Priest Vampyr Ashtaroth, bassist Kleudde and drummer Invoker Diabolic Flame. The rhythm section would soon bail out in favour of Flammellian Azoth on bass as Maniac For War took over the drumstool. With this line up MALKUTH cut the demo ‘Glory And Victory’, the title track also appearing on the Canadian compilation album ‘Under The Pagan Moon’.
Further ructions hit Malkuth with the absence of Azazel, Maniac For War and Azoth. New recruits were Foehnmephys on bass and drummer Samir. Before too long Holocausto had ousted Foehnmephys. MALKUTH supported Greek pioneers ROTTING CHRIST on their Brazilian tour and would capitalise on this achievement with the release of the 1998 album 'The Dance Of The Satan's Bitch'. The band would re-mould itself subsequently with Priest Vampyr Ashtaroth taking on vocals and guitar whilst Lord Nightfall became the band's drummer.
During 2001 both Holocausto and Daniela Nightfall opted out. MALKUTH reacted by adding bass to Cyber Necro Daemon duties for gigs supporting INCANTATION and recording of the album 'Extreme Bizarre Seduction'. Upon completion of recording Flammelian Azoth, of FLAGELADORES DE CRISTO, came in on bass.
The band donated their rendition of 'Feast Of Grand Whore' to a ROTTING CHRIST tribute album, entitled 'An Evil Existence For Rotting Christ', released through Recordshop Productions in June of 2004.
