BEYOND TWILIGHT is the new Scandinavian name in music - a name you’ll never forget one you’ve been enchanted by their magical and atmospheric epic metal. Mainman Finn Zierler traveled through Scandinavia trying to gather musicians for his dream-band, finding most of them in Sweden. With his previous band TWILIGHT Finn could release the most successful album „Eye for an eye” and toured Scandinavia. The vision for BEYOND TWILIGHT was another one though...the songs for „THE DEVIL’S HALL OF FAME” were written without any musical instruments to his aid, isolated >from the surrounding world in the Sahara desert (!) and in the Atlas mountains (!) where Finn could let his visions flow. The album was recorded at Jailhouse studios with producer legend Tommy Hansen (Helloween, Pretty Maids). This conceptual album leaves no wish open: vocal god Jorn Lande rules the sound on doomy hymns like „Hellfire”, „Godless and Wicked” or „Perfect Dark”, keyboard magician Finn delivers an ocean of sounds and reminds in weird instrumentals like „The devil’s Waltz” on old Kevin Moore. The ablosute highlight of the album is the monumental „Shadowland”, an opera in song format, a god of a song who, as the complete album, has something to offer to any metal fan. Fans of Savatage, Dream Theater, Dio or Black Sabbath need to hear this! BEYOND TWILIGHT are THE newcomer act this year so far!
