US band HOLY MOTHER was started in the early 90s by Mike Tirelli (ex-BURNING STARR). After working on demo material the band signed with overseas label Cream Rough Trade. With them they released their debut album "Holy Mother" and "Tabloid Crush" which saw the band not only change the name to NOW (NOT OUR WORLD) but also take a more industrialized Metal approach.
After that little "experimentation" period the band changed the name back as well as music style. Since then they have gone on to release several more albums of excellent Power / Traditional Metal as well as appearing at Wacken Open Air.
