Ha-Ash

Our names are Hanna and Ashley Perez. We are professionally known as HA-ASH, two teenage sisters (ages 18 and 17) who sing. Our music is performed in two languages, English and Spanish, and our songs are a real mix, varying from country to pop to religious. A love of music has been a part of our lives always. We began singing in church at the early ages of 5 and 6 and quickly discovered that not only did we love doing it, but that people kept asking us to sing more and more. They liked our voices and gave us the encouragement and support we needed to focus on a new dream for the future - a dream of becoming professional singers and entertainers. Music lessons and training became a part of our daily schedules. We have been invited to sing for people at school events, in church concerts, at private parties, and festivals. A real thrill for us was singing on a Disney Cruise Ship. Within the past years, we have performed at the Railroad Festival in DeQuincy, Louisiana, and at the Contraband Days Festival in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Although our current home is Mexico City, our birthplace is Lake Charles, Louisiana. Our dad and mom are Tony and Mathilda Perez. We have extended family in DeQuincy, Sulphur, and Crowley, Louisiana. Very significant others for us include our brother, Steven, who is a sophomore in college and Samantha, our younger sister - the baby of our family. Music and singing now take on a whole new role for us. An exciting new adventure and lots of hard work awaits us as we are in the process of touring for our record release. Maybe dreams due come true!
