Gianni Bella

In 1969, Italian singer/songwriter Gianni Bella (Beatiful Gianni) started getting involved in pop music while composing for his sister Marcella. In the mid-'70s, his songs "Piu Ci Penso" and "Non Si Puo' Morire Dentro" became local hits. However, his chart-topper and top-selling status came by the end of the 1970s with "No" and "Toc Toc." During the 1980s, Gianni Bella began a long-term collaboration with Giulio Rapetti, aka Mogol, issuing 1983's Gb1, 1986's Una Luce, and 1988's Due Cuori Rossi Di Vergogna. All of the albums were produced by Jeoff Westley.
