The Gentle Waves was Isobel Campbell’s side project to Belle and Sebastian, featuring her own vocals. Campbell has since released a solo album, Amorino, under her own name. Campbell has also worked with Mark Lanegan on the album Ballad of the Broken Seas, and Sunday At Devil Dirt and recorded a second solo album Milkwhite Sheets.
