Fallacy formed in 1996 in Southern California. The band garnered a local following and got the attention of the major labels. In 2000, the band released their lone album, Abstract Planet. The band never garnered much success and officially announced their disbandment in 2002.
The band consisted of one line up for it's entire career: Ben Peck (vocals), Kenny Wintergaines (guitar), Roger Cicero (bass), and Steve McDunell (drums).
