Exmortem

With the addition of Michael (D) and Andreas (B) to the line-up the band have recorded their strongest album so far!!!

The Pestilence Empire!!!!!

After the adition of Reno and Simon, Exmortem started to work more professionally and a new promo-CD was recorded in 2000.

Finally in the end of 2000, the band entered the studio to record the “Berzerker Legions” album and it was released in May 2001 by Hammerheart Records.

This was the beginning of a new era for Exmortem.

Later in 1998 Exmortem released a new promo tape, this time with a new drummer called Dennis and two of the tracks from that tape was later released on a split 7” with Impending Doom, in 1999.

A short while after new changes was about to happen in the line-up. Dennis and Soren was asked to leave and instead Reno (D) and Simon (V) joined.

In 1997 Exmortem was ready with a new recording, this time it was the promo tape called “Dejected…”. This lead to a new signing with Euphonious Records, who in 1998 released the second album “Dejected In Obscurity”.

Shortly after the recording of “Dejected In Obscurity” the band decided that they could no longer work with Mike, so the search for a new drummer began.

The band was started back in 1992 and was at that time called Mordor. The first demo “ Souls Of Purity” was released in 1993. In Dec. 1994 the debut album “Labyrinths Of Horror” was recorded and it was released in June 1995, by Euphonious Records. shortly before the release of the album Sigtyr had joined the band, so that the line-up was:

Soren (V/B), Kolle (G), Sigtyr (G) and Mike (D).
