Ewigkeit was formed in 1995 as a solo project. Originally, as an extreme death/black project, 4 demos were recorded. Then after signing to Neat Records, the album Battle Furies was recorded and released in 1997. The second album Starscape was then written, as a far more electronic and futuristic sound. After that the 3rd album Land Of Fog was recorded, and as Neat was bought by Sanctuary music, the album was signed to Slovakia's Metal Age Productions. This album was finally released in early 2003. At the time of writing, the 4th album (as yet untitled) is currently being recorded to be released late 2003/2004 through Metal Age. For all this time, the writer/producer has been J. Fogarty.
