Their Ninjachicken Recordings debut, "The Old Man Who Shat Himself" is 4 tracks of seething metalcore brutality. The foursome tear through the material relentlessly with a passion and ferocity unseen by many acts today. Bringing to mind such acts like the Dillinger Escape Plan and Every Time I Die, traces of punk and jazz can also be detected in this groups sound. Intricate guitar riffs, punishing drum beats, groove-laden bass lines, and fearsome vocals all weave into one reckless sound. The track, "Through the Eyes of Deception" is a perfect portrait for what this group is all about, which is brutal yet creative metal meets hardcore.
