Bloodshed was formed in 1998 by singer Mortiifico and guitarist Vomitory Gorification. Guitarist Eric, bassist Clément and drummer Olivier soon joined the rank. A self-titled demo was pieced together in 2000 and several gigs followed. An independent MCD called Zombified Carnage was issued in 2001.
The band entered its next MCD in 2002, but had it released only in late 2003 through Snakebite Production. It was entitled Warped In The Macabre.
