Alain Clark

Dutch Singer Alain Clark, son of soulsinger Dane Clark, get gitarlessons on its ninth year, but he will play basketball much rather. After successful talentshows he nevertheless chooses for music. As a middle schoolboy he comes thanks to a demo in contact with Columbia record. He stays three years in los Angeles to work its music further. In the Netherlands he gives feedback its funk and soul single produced to very direct, brutal Dutch texts and scores a directly hit with its first, by himself deliciously. As a producer he has been involved in records of David Goncalves and the second album Ready of Dutch singer Jim. In 2005, he wins a Silver harp.

Clarks second album live It Out (October 2007) have been taken entirely in English and with the rhythm section Steve Gadd (drums) and Kevin Wyatt (bass). The cd contains among other things a duet with father Dane Clark and the hitsingle This Ain't Gonna Work. For live It Out Clark received an original Rembrandt 2007, distributed by the Dutch music foundation. He receives also the Megaward, the combined audienceprice of 3FM and the Megacharts.
