Adora is a five-peice metal core band from mid Orange-County, California. Stricken by a lack of faith in the scene, Adora has made a charge at letting people know what works for them, without shoving it down any ones throat. Collectively, Adora has been together for the past two years. One year ago, they found a solid front man and have since then solidified the lineup as it is today. Martin, Little Alex, Reid, and Matt have been playing music together for almost four years without the authority of a powerful singer. Through friends, the group was introduced to Big Alex in February of 2003, and realized they all shared the same faith in Christ, and passion to play music, thus creating Adora. A few months after the formation of the band, Adora recorded a five-song demo to send to venues and friends to spread the word of the group. From that came many shows and many new friends, and the basis and respect of those in the scene. Since then Adora has shared the stage with such acts as Sinai Beach, A Love For Enemies, East-West, Anterrabae, Bloody Sunday, Suffokate, and many more as well as recently recording and self-producing another five tracks of melodic hardcore. With no signs of stopping anytime soon, Adora continues to provide songs of hope, of faith and struggle, and passion to kids throughout the scene.
