The fans in Pacific Coliseum erupted in applause and ovation. Their hometown boy had hit the big stage as the opener for Brooks & Dunn and the atmosphere buzzed with a distinct "pride-filled" electricity to it. Brooks & Dunn’s tour manager even quipped that he had never seen such a response for an opening act. The fervor carried through to Calgary, Edmonton and the rest of the Canadian tour – Aaron Pritchett was sharing the stage with a world class, multiple award winning international act: and he wasn't just impressing the fans and industry – he was blowing them away. Even Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn felt the impact, making a personal call to bring Aaron out for an additional date at Sarnia Bayfest. The tour was a collection of magical moments and it reiterated what Aaron Pritchett's fans in the Vancouver area had known for years. Aaron is an impeccable performer comparable to the elite... not only on the domestic scene, but internationally as well.

"John Roland Wood," and "New Frontier" dominating the Canadian country music airwaves, Aaron cranked out a follow up album and the title track single "Big Wheel." As "Big Wheel" rolled up the chart to peak in the top ten, Pritchett's signature song "Hold My Beer," hit the airwaves. Fans immediately made the anthem one of the most requested songs and videos and it became a college and university favourite! Pritchett's undeniable crossover appeal was evidenced during a show in Thunderbird Stadium with Sam Roberts in 2007. Thousands of rowdy university students chanted the lyrics to Aaron's songs and even crowd surfed... perhaps a first during a "country" performance. With more university and tour dates on the horizon, and a new album ready for a 2008 release Aaron promises to take it up another notch and continue his journey to entrench himself as one of Canada's premier entertainers
