Decadent, the long expected U.D.O. album has arrived
A very picturesque image of a black man, covered in jewels, smoking a cigar, with pointy devil like horns, greets us at the entrance of this unyielding album, telling us, like the Greeks did long ago, MEDEN AGAN, or nothing above one's need, avoid the surplus, luxury will be the end of you. This message carries on through this luminous album, being a sort of pillar of salt one should turn into if the material world shall wink at you.
Heavy on the guitars, you can never get enough of those solos. I can guarantee you this appraised German metal band overdid it (in a good way) on the instrumentals.
