Train released their self-titled debut album in 1998, but were launched into the mainstream in 2001 with their second LP 'Drops Of Jupiter'. The title track from the record, which was released as a single, was a Top Five hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and scooped the band a Grammy for Best Rock Song.

Since then, the band have released three more studio albums, 2003's My Private Nation and 2006's For Me, It's You. At the same time it was reported that the Grammy-winning American rock band will celebrate the release of California 37 with an unprecedented week-long residency on CBS' Emmy-winning daytime talk show "Rachael Ray," running from the day of album's release Monday, April 16, through Friday, April 20.
