Tori Amos joined by The Metropole Orchestra at one-off show at Royal Albert Hall
American pianist and singer Tori Amos recently was announced to headline a one-off show at iconic venue London's Royal Albert Hall later this year, on October 3.
The singer will be joined by The Metropole Orchestra for the show, which will happen around the time of the release of her brand new album Gold Dust from which she'll be probably perform several tracks. Her 13th studio album - release date is yet to be announced - will be comprised of re-workings of previously released material from throughout her career. The record is produced by Tori with arrangements by long-time collaborator John Philip Shenale. She released her last record, the classically inspired "Night Of Hunters" in 2011.
Last year the musical written by Tori Amos that was set to debut at
London's National Theatre this year was 'postponed indefinitely'. Gold Dust will be put through Deutsche Grammophon/Mercury Classics.

A spokeswoman for the National Theatre said: "Development is continuing on The Light Princess and we'll announce a new date for the production in due course."
