The Wanted Life Show Postponed
The Wanted have postponed their reality show.
E! network broadcasted, this year, The Wanted Life, a reality television series that followed the English-Irish band group. Although the series was successful, the band decided to postpone the release of a new season, in order to focus on the make of their brand new album.
'We were going to start shooting this month but we're on tour,' Max George declared to Britain's Daily Star. 'Then we've got the new album promotion to do.' Max also stated that going ahead with recording would cost too much money when they didn't have the energy to give it their full attention.
'We bumped into one of the execs in LA the other day and they're really excited to do a second season,' he gushed. 'But to get a crew to follow us all the time on tour would cost a lot, and people want to see the normal stuff as well as the work side on tour.'
The band’s third album, entitled Word Of Mouth, will come out on November 4, and a world tour is expected in 2014, as well.
Although the show was a success, the group received some criticism from viewers related to the quintet’s geniuses in front of the cameras.
'We all had negative comments but I think it came across as pretty accurate,' Max George added. 'We'd all watch it back and say: 'I can't believe I did that,' as some of it was a bit embarrassing, but often I'd watch and think: 'The boys are really funny.''
The Wanted ‘s brand new tune, Show Me Love (America), will be released on the 20th of October.
