The Hold Steady to Release New Album
The Hold Steady decided to celebrate their 10th anniversary as a band with the release of a new album.
Titled Teeth Dreams, the album is the band’s first project in four years and is due for release on the 25th of March. “We’re really proud of our new record,” said the Hold Steady guitarist Tad Kubler. “This is an exciting time for us. Making the new record has been a journey for the band, and the results exceeded even our own expectations. Can't wait for people to hear it.”
Teeth Dreams will be the sixth LP from the Hold Steady. The band released their first album in 2004 on Frenchkiss Records. Hold Steady is set to kick off their “Nights Go on Forever” tour in Memphis on January 29th, wrapping up with a hometown anniversary show in Brooklyn on February 6th and a gig in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on February 7th.
