Steven Tyler gives details about Aerosmith's 2012 delayed album
Aerosmith's frontman and "American Idol" male judge, Steven Tyler gives details about band's much awaited upcoming 2012 album All of it's been written during a press conference for the singing contest at the Television Critics Association.
"I gotta lay lyrics on it and I haven't had a lot of time," Steven first explained and then added : "But what I've listened to so far just knocked me out." Teasing about the sound they are crafting, he gushed, "I know a good song, I know what's gonna get played on the radio, I'm not that pretentious to say I think we've got hits, but I think we've got something, and that's all that matters."
Meanwhile, Steven is doing some promo appearances and he is set to perform on Tuesday night episode on Ellen DeGeneres Show, January 17th. "I love Aerosmith!" Ellen said of her upcoming guest. "My momma used to sing me to sleep every night, she would sing Livin' on the Edge and I would just conk right out."

Confirming the gig was Joe himself who tweeted, "You Bet", when one of his followers asked about the rumor.
On top of that, Steven is back on the "American Idol" season 11 beginning with its two-night premiere on Wednesday, January 18.
