Ruby Summer

Ruby Summer - South of Orange County lyrics

rate me

We hang around and play guitar

Meet your friends in coffee bars

Oh baby

I think its time to move on

Had a good time

Baby it's been real

But I'm just a spoke

In your wired wheels

Oh baby

I think it's time to move on

Because when I'm left alone

I get wild and dreamy

I wanna run with someone

Who needs me

Hey baby you'll be fine

With or without me

You got a pack of hopes and magazines

So live your life

Don't ever worry about me

(Don't ever worry 'bout me my baby)

Because the beach gets better

South of Orange County

I love the whole little song and dance

We looked so good together

Wish it could last

Oh baby

I think it's time to move on

'Cuz when the wind starts howlin'

I can't help but loose it

Got one life to live

And I want to use it

Hey baby you'll be fine

With or without me

You got a pack of hopes and magazines

So live your life

Don't ever worry about me

(Don't ever worry 'bout me my baby)

Because the beach gets better

South of Orange County

I hope you'll never forget me

I'll check in on you from

Time to time

I'd love a kiss if you'd let me

But then I gotta go

Then I gotta run

Something's gotta change

I never thought this day would ever really come

Hey baby you'll be fine

With or without me

You got a pack of hopes and magazines

So live your life

Don't ever worry about me

(Don't ever worry 'bout me my baby)

Because the beach gets better

South of Orange County

Hey baby you'll be fine

With or without me

You got a pack of hopes and magazines

So live your life

Don't ever worry about me

(Don't ever worry 'bout me my baby)

Because the beach gets better

South of Orange County<br />

Every other lyrics site says 'smokes', but I hear 'hopes', so that's what I put. =\
