If you 8 N O, 8 N O is the stylized form for 'ain't ya know?'. Marks something as evident. That's what these two artists want us to know: the evidence of their power, riches and hood name. Lot of talk about cars, metaphorically and direct, but I guess what this song really has going for it is that Young California beat. It can easily light up a club and be played at home or in the hood.
