Thursday’s Track from Raekwon: “Footsteps In The Dark”
We all know by now Raekwon’s endeavor to release a new remix each Thursday. He goes for the classic instrumentals, adding his own hip hop touch.
“Footsteps In The Dark” is his choice now, from The Isley Brothers. The original was the source for “It Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube, so it does have a rap connection. Raekwon takes it on and he makes sure that the original cut is heard. See what you think:
