Nothing More are raising mental health and emotional disorder awareness through iknowjenny project "Jenny" is a song off Nothing More's self-entitled album that was out last summer through Eleven Seven Music. The video for Jenny came out yesterday, and to be honest, we've listened to the song before, but never thought it was this deep until now. It was a good song, but now it's brilliant. The visual helped it out, it lifted it up the ground. The words are mind shaking, but the images make your spine shiver. Anyone dealing or that has dealt with depression and self-harm know this song is like a soothing balm for their souls.

The #iknowjenny project needs no introduction. By contributing to their charity fundraiser you acknowledge the fact that there are people suffering with mental illness, and that we are the ones that often worsen their mind state.
