Watch the video premiere of Ne-Yo's single Burnin' Up featuring actress Anabella Acosta
The Motown Records senior VP of A&R, Ne-Yo recently released his new Chris Robinson-directed video in support of latest single "Burnin' Up" in which he is smitten by a hot and fiery lady. The R&B crooner literally bumps into a Latina beauty – actress Anabella Acosta - when making his way to the stage, causing him to receive some harsh words from her who wasn't as happy as he was about the collision. While Ne-Yo looked sure about wanting to meet the girl again, she wasn't. But later she warms up to him once she sees him performing on stage.
"Just one look in your direction, we made a connection/ You look like a lotta/ Trouble but I gotta/ See what kinda trouble you are," he croons.
"Burnin' Up" is expected to appear in Ne-Yo's new studio album titled "The Cracks in Mr. Perfect on which he is currently recording. In addition to working on the album, Ne-Yo is also busy with his duty as the new senior vice president and A&R of Motown. "I was just flattered that they thought me worthy of such a responsibility," he once said. "It's great big shoes to fill."
