Morrisey cancels tour dates due to bleed ulcer
Morrisey has been diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer after being hospitalized in Royal Oak, Michigan last week. The singer has postponed six tour dates planned for Asheville, North Carolina; Nashville; Atlanta; Lawrence, Kansas; Clear Lake, Iowa; and Lincoln, Nebraska. The 53-year-old singer hopes to resume on February 9th in Las Vegas.
"Morrissey apologizes greatly for any and all inconvenience and looks forward to continuing his U.S. tour," says a rep for the singer in a statement.
