Jackson’s family planning to appeal

Jackson’s family planning to appealKatherine Jackson continues the fight against concert promoter AEG Live.

The family are planning to appeal after last week’s jury verdict, a source told UK newspaper The Mirror. Katherine filed suit against AEG in 2010 on behalf of herself and her son's three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, 11.

"Jackson's mother Katherine, 82, and his children Prince, 16, and Paris, 15, have vowed: 'We won't give up fighting for justice,'" the outlet reports.

Tom Mesereau, who successfully defended Michael in his 2005 child molestation trial, said:

"I spoke to them. They are going to appeal." Mesereau is said to have also taken aim at Murray. The doctor is in the process of an appeal and is scheduled for early release later this month.

"Unless he tries to change his attitude I have contempt for him. I hope he admits responsibility, but I doubt it," he said.
