First studio album in over ten years, British singer Lulu's 'Making Life Rhyme' is something of a miracle
We need not remember her four or five worldwide songs, 'To Sir With Love', 'The Man with the Golden Gun', 'Boom Bang-a-Bang', 'Shout' ( we remembered them anyway :P ), that act like a trademark for good quality pop music. Her fans definitely have other favorite songs out of her discography. The songs that name an album, the songs that benefit from visual background and win millions of viewers are most of the time the songs that would appease the masses. We, personally, like those 'way back in the corner of an album' songs, that through their refinement and select thematic only reach out to few melomaniacs.
Such songs are 'Wayfarin’ Stranger', 'Messed Up World' and 'Every Single Day'. These are the songs we urgently ask pop fans to listen to when asked what British singer would you recommend?
'Making Life Rhyme' was released on the 13th of April, 2015, via Decca labeling company. Lulu launched the album on BBC's Breakfast News a couple of days ago, and since then, we couldn't stop hearing the instrumentals to her songs in our heads.
