Nostalgia will hit you too after you've heard the new song from Canadian musician Lights
It's called 'Running with the boys', and Valerie Anne Poxleitner, going by the stage name of Lights has outdone herself. Former winner of Juno Award for New Artist of the Year did not disappoint, memories go racing through your head while listening to this song. It's as if you're sitting comfortably in a red Corvette, watching the road get left behind, knowing that you'll never return that way again. Childhood, the safety of 'the gang', the clumsiness of it all, and, to quote the artist, the time of innocence when 'Suspicion wasn't in our heads, it was only underneath the beds'. Does it ring any bells? It did for us! Enjoy!
