JoJo debuts new single off Jumping Trains titled Demonstration
Boston songstress JoJo is said to have wrote about 100 songs for her upcoming album Jumping Trains, and we can't wait which will be the final cutts. Meanwhile, she shared one of the naughtier tunes on the LP called "Demonstrate", produced by Drake's regular collaborator Noah "40" Shebib. The track kicks off with a guitar intro, then glides into a serene, R&B-leaning slow jam. "I can't say/ but I know I can demonstrate/ I can let my body explain/ I know I can demonstrate," sings the 21-year-old, all growns up.
This sounds exactly like a song someone like Kelly Rowland might release, and surprisingly, JoJo totally pulls it off. While every other hot young thing is hopping on trend and releasing electro-dubstep-techno-kichen-sink club-stompers in order to get noticed, we appreciate JoJo keeping things slow and sexy.
"Demonstrate" hits iTunes on August 28. JoJo's third studio album, Jumping Trains, is due out later this year. Listen to the new single in here.
