Mayer and Perry Unveil Sexy Artwork
John Mayer and Katy Perry have recently unveiled the artwork for their brand new duet, “Who You Love.”
The track is included on Mayer’s brand new album, Paradise Valley. In order to promote this interesting collaboration, the two singers posed for Vanity Fair magazine. The amazing photographs, which John immediately leaked on Instagram and Tumblr, were taken by Mario Sorrenti.
“I’m excited to give you the first look at the single artwork for ‘Who You Love,’ shot by the great Mario Sorrenti,” John wrote on his blog. “Get it at the iTunes Store, and then head over to Vanity Fair to see exclusive photos from the shoot. And yes, we look like this at home pretty much all the time.”
He also added on Instagram, “Proud of this song, proud of this artwork, proud of this girl.” “This girl” he talks about is Katy, who happens to be Mayer’s girlfriend. The two have been dating on and off since the summer of 2012.
Katy also had something to say about her boyfriend. According to the “Roar” singer, her beau is extremely talented.
“He literally is a genius, as is evident from his songwriting. I always tell him, ‘Darling, you know I'm going to have to give your mind to science after you've passed, because we're going to have to understand how all these sparks work,’” she told Billboard.
“We'll be in bed and he'll be doing the crossword puzzle. Every night, he tries to finish it in under 10 minutes. When he puts his mind to something, he really gets it done very well. I always ask for his help,” she gushed.
